About Halieus Media

Halieus Media is an information and news site, covering a wide variety of topics; biblical commentary, news, politics and some posts are just for fun. The editorial opinions of those producers cited here are solely the responsibility of the original producers. Halieus Media retains no rights to the content other than our Fair Use policy.

A Comment about…comments

Due to the volume of comments from one domain, we thought best to give you a heads up. All comments containing an URL are automatically sorted to “spam.” Why, you ask? It is a common tactic for marketers to load up a comment with multiple URLs to various sites; clickbait, pornography, pyramid schemes, snuff-film sites and on, and on, and on…

We happily interact with our readers; great questions and comments turn into posts you and others wish to read. We have seen comment threads turn into digests of useful informaton; all good.

We have changed our comments policy:

  • You must be a registered subscriber, with a valid email address, in order to comment on this site. This change was made due to the volume of self-promoting, off topic comments left for us to review.
  • We do not allow comments from web sites who have the words; proxy, proxies in their website links. Period.
  • Please comment on the topic. The content creators really appreciate your kind words, the fact you enjoy our site however; the purpose of the comments section is to generate discussion.
  • If you want us to know you appreciate our efforts, hit that like button!
  • Here is a nice little video we made: Halieus Media comments on Comments…again! – April 30, 2018
